I don’t know about you, but I’m getting a wee bit sick and tired of being a beta tester for Steve Jobs. The antenna/reception issues with the iPhone 4 are just ridiculous. I understand their need to create their new lifestyle gadgets inside a vacuum but seriously, shouldn’t this have been figured out beforehand?

How are you filming and editing these? Did you swipe a bunch of expensive stuff from Mevio, or can any schmuck make a video now?

It’s totally schmuck season for videos! Big talkers at Mevio never got me any gear so I have always been forced to make due with my own off-the-shelf stuff. Shot on my consumer-model Canon Vixia HF-1000 (same cam that I shoot all my shows with). Edited in Final Cut Pro with some of the titles rendered in LiveType. I’m still doing everything as a one-man-band.
