Enemies Foreign and Domestic

Listen to ENEMIES FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC

Okay, so I got my undies in a knot over what is going on in the world and decided to vent in the way I know best… on the mic. Listen and enjoy… or don’t enjoy… that’s your perogative in a free society, right?

Plus, I finally get a chance to read the excellent article written about WikiLeaks by Mathias, a German citizen who lends a certain sense of insight due to having grown up behind the iron curtain.

And I talk a bit about the really kickass James McCartney debut single premiering on UC Radio!

Listen. Comment. You know the drill.

  1. You can call this whatever you want, but I’ll make sure everyone knows what this show is: PCH #502! =-)

I won’t disagree with many of your points; however, I do recall the days of you and Mike going after the Republicans like a couple of starving pitbulls. You two stoked the left wing fires right along with CNN and Newsweek. Feel free to take the high road now, just don’t forget where that road wandered around through a short 2 yrs ago…

So going back to the NYC Mosque issue, let me put it a different way. My grandparents are from Scotland, Ireland, Sweden, and Germany – I’m about as lily white as they come. If I decided to wear a tee shirt with a confederate flag on it and wander around the streets of Compton calling Rodney King a Pinata, I’d probably make it about 200ft before someone would beat the crap out of me and they’d use my shirt as a gas soaked fuse to light my corpse on fire.

Everyone would call me a dumbass cracker, say I was asking for it, and deserved what I got. You know what? I have the constitutionally guaranteed right to wear what I want, walk where I want in public, and say what I want. It doesn’t mean its the right thing to do.

Whats that old saying – cutting of your nose to spite your face?

Looking forward to PCH #503!!! Give Yusi a call via Skype so you two can go on a real old school bender! =-)

  2. Okay, I thought I was ranting… ;)
I didn’t follow the controversy about the ground zero mosque. But didn’t it occur to the opponents of said mosque that such a building near a historical place may as well be a statement by american muslims, like a “I’m american, now go fuck off!” to the radical islamic fundamentalists?
