Going for the Double Entry – eweeee!!! =-)

Congrats on the TV show, glad to see you getting a couple of breaks.

You talked about maybe getting swapped with “someone younger” – I kept picturing Ryan Seacrest getting the gig, showing up, standing on a box so he can say it to your face, and say “Payback beotch!!!” LOL

      Good luck – seriously!

    2. @ RapidEye lol well done for getting in first again!!

      @ Mark –
Hell yes we have time to listen to you ramble for over an hour and happy to do so to help make the working day that little more entertaining!

Congrats on the opportunity and sounds like you have had some fun… no you are not beiong self absorbed, you are who you are and I don’t think anyone would let you get away with anything like that… especially yourself!

This being the final season of SF? No I would not say it was the guaranteed final season as you may get the itch to revisit this world you have created once AoD has completed, just as I still do not believe PCH has completed, one day you may want to go back and just do another one and just skip right to episode 501 and create the illusion that 500 is the missing episode and only a select few has it or even doing PCH v2.0 and starting back at 1?

The only thing I would ask is if you ever consider doing the 500th please let this be recorded live at the Playboy Mansion and I would be there to help carry your Mic!!

I like what you said about how you are not defined by what you create and have to agree, there is nothing in this world that could ever be used to help define who Mark Yoshimoto Nemcoff is, as I like to say, Mark is Mark… just accept it! lol

      Yo Man, Yo!

      @ Sy =-)

Mark, I had a scary thought this morning at the gym – what if Seacrest got Alex Albrecht (sp?) from Diggnation as his cohost!!! Ubber payback. Of course he’d have to ask Kevin to stay down on his hands and knees while Alex climbed on Kevin’s back so he could look you in the eye….

I had to take a lunch break in the middle of this commentary episode. I waited for your to take a breath so I could pause it. So far you’ve made a lot of suggestions that seem pointed at me. I’ve done some podcasting. Most of it was crap but it was a learning experience. The biggest lesson is not to half ass it. Go for it or don’t even start it. Well, I’ll get back to part two of this episode, later.

    5. @RapidEye – lol so who would be the eye candy for this sick and twisted reality that I’m loving so much?…. Rosanne Barr?

@Wayne – I would have to agree but disagree at the same time, yes be consistant with anything you may want to do like podcasting or writing, however the biggest lesson I have learned would first off have to be have fun doing it whatever it is, if its not fun then it will become work and then become a chore so then why do it?

    6. RapidEye says:

@Sy – anyone that has listened to more than a couple PCH’s knows that there are only really two options for the “Eye Candy” role: Oprah and Rosie O’Donnell! =-)

I think I just heard Mark scream “NOOOOOoooooo……….” all the way over here on the East Coast!

Episode 12? Episode 12! I’m claiming angel of death abduction. How did I miss listening and visiting wordsushi last week? Congrats on the pilot and I am glad you enjoyed it. Good and valid advice about creative work MYN. I agree whole heatedly about how doing the work not only improves one’s craft but opens doors even if it is not the doors we expect nor has anything to do with what the person is engaged with at the time.

    8. WaynePhilips says:

@Sy I agree with you about having fun with whatever project your working on. My comment was too brief. What I meant by not “half assing it” was that you shouldn’t throw something together and publish it. If your going to put out content, podcast or writing, do it right. Quality shows and more people will check it out if it’s done as professional as possible.

    9. RIZ... says:

@Mark: Congrats big time on your pilot on camera work! I have a feeling that it’s only the beginning of greater and greater things for you!

I would also have to agree with Sy, it’s cool about everything that you’ve talked about in your commentary, no matter how long it is. Anything to keep me and everyone sane. Haha! Thanks for sharing your thoughts in regards to making someone’s art unique to the world. It’s always nice to hear something new and fresh and original, much like all of your work. Thanks also for clarifying my thoughts about the Biblical aspects of the Badlands book too. It’s all still however somewhat of a mystery waiting to be unravalled in my head. You really have me twisted! It’s cool though… Thank you! All the best to you and all…! Yo man f’en yo!

    10. i always liked fall better then summer, especially i get to find some new skulls for my collection, pics for those whom are curious.

      very curious about this Pilot!
