    1. Thanks for the info about the music but small bone to pick! I’m in NEW ZEALAND! not Australia! You second rate Canadian! lol

Instead of a Shadow Falls music club, with the great music already used I’m sure there could be a Shadow Falls EP that could be released with the music featured in Shadow Falls like MUNK – I am (Molly’s Song) acoustic version and a bonus track of the full version, Black Lab – That Night, Kevin Reeves & Ian Baird – Redemption, Backseat – Small Town Sleeper… just to name a few but with the final track having something you have written with the track finishing up with the infamous line we have all come to love… “This is Mark Yoshimoto Nemcoff… Fading to black”

    2. I love ‘This Night’ by Black Lab. It’s haunting but it’s great to sing and harmonize with. It’s a bit low for me though (being a soprano) so I bought the track from iTunes and tweaked it a bit with some software. I upped the pitch and increased the tempo just slightly and I really like the results. That’s not to say that Black Lab didn’t get it right the first time – the tweaks just made it better for my voice.

Mark, you sound like me – never been huge but never been thin, so I thought the cinnamon info was great! I’m definitely going to try it. I lost weight on the Herbalife system too – when their supplements had ephedra in it. When they had to leave the Ma Huang out, it wasn’t the same for me.
